CoinFerenceX and The Best Event are joining forces to launch CoinFerenceX The Best Event Singapore, a new decentralized Web3 summit scheduled for 5–6 October 2026 at Gardens by the Bay. The event will take place during Singapore’s busy Asia Crypto Week period, alongside major industry gatherings.
The organizers say the partnership combines CoinFerenceX’s focus on curated Web3 communities and content with The Best Event’s experience in producing large-scale events.
A summit shaped by the Web3 industry
The central idea behind the event is a decentralized summit model. Instead of building the entire program around traditional sponsorship packages and headline speakers, the organizers say founders, investors and ecosystem leaders will have a role in shaping the agenda.
The focus will be on practical discussions, technical developments, investment opportunities and partnerships rather than celebrity-driven keynotes.
According to the organizers, the Singapore edition is expected to attract more than 4,000 curated attendees, including 500+ VCs and investors, 400+ ecosystem and media partners and more than 85 C-level speakers. Overall registrations are projected to exceed 8,000.
Around 60% of attendees are expected to be founders or C-level executives.
Four main areas
The conference will be divided into four main experience tracks.
The Leaders Summit will be an invite-only gathering for senior executives, focusing on strategic partnerships and governance.
Protocol Deep Dives will feature technical workshops where blockchain protocols can demonstrate products and technologies they are building.
The Founders’ Den will give early-stage startups an opportunity to present their businesses directly to more than 200 VCs and investors.
The Innovation Showcase will focus on live demonstrations from established Web3 companies and emerging protocols.
Large international network
The Best Event says it has delivered more than 80 events across more than 10 global cities. The company claims more than 50 million annual organic impressions and more than 1 billion in social reach.
CoinFerenceX, meanwhile, says its community includes more than 7,500 curated attendees from over 70 countries, 500+ ecosystem and media partners and more than 300 venture capital firms and investment funds.
The organizers also cite strong partner satisfaction, saying 94% of previous partners indicated they would return to future CoinFerenceX events.
Singapore as a Web3 meeting point
The timing of the summit is significant. Singapore has become one of Asia’s most important hubs for blockchain, digital assets and Web3 companies, while Asia Crypto Week brings a large international crypto audience to the city.
By holding the event at Gardens by the Bay on 5–6 October, CoinFerenceX The Best Event Singapore aims to capture that concentration of founders, investors, developers and blockchain companies.
CoinFerenceX co-founder Prince Gupta said the Singapore edition is intended to turn the energy surrounding Asia Crypto Week into “real conversations and real deals.”
